Emperor Capital issues HK$115.5M of bonds

Hong Kong-based Emperor Capital Group Ltd. said Feb. 15 that it issued HK$115.5 million of bonds.

The three-year notes carry an annual interest rate of 5%.

The issuance is part of the company's plan to raise up to HK$800 million through bonds. It has so far issued HK$718.5 million of bonds.
