Lionstone Capital pays $123M for Hackensack, NJ, office complex

Capstone Realty Group and JD Cos. Inc. sold the Continental Plaza office complex in Hackensack, N.J., for $123 million, Commercial Property Executive reported.

Lionstone Capital bought the multitenant property at 401 Hackensack Ave., which consists of three office buildings and a restaurant pad site, spanning 647,947 square feet.

CBRE brokered the transaction, according to the publication.
