Exelon board member to leave

Exelon Corp. said in a Feb. 23 filing that Nancy Gioia will not stand for election as a director of the company at the 2018 annual meeting of shareholders.

Gioia has been a member of the Exelon board since 2016. She serves as principal of Gioia Consulting Services LLC, a strategic business advisory company, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
