French investment firm Eurazeo appoints CEO

Eurazeo SA said its supervisory board unanimously appointed current deputy CEO Virginie Morgon to be its new CEO, effective March 19, 2018.

Morgon will replace Patrick Sayer at the end of the latter's fourth term as CEO and chair of the French investment firm's executive board.

Morgon, who has been deputy CEO of Eurazeo since 2014, will be responsible for implementing a strategy to strengthen the company's position as a partner of European entrepreneurs and managers, as well as continuing to develop its business model.
