Meridian Group sells Rosslyn, Va., office building for $129M

Meridian Group LLC sold the International Place office building in Rosslyn, Va., to Ascentris LLC and Altus Realty Partners LLC for $128.8 million, the Washington Business Journal reported, citing public records tied to a related loan.

The 12-story building spans 295,000 square feet and is 92%-leased. The buyer group plans to upgrade common spaces and tenant suites at the property.

Ascentris and Altus tapped Cushman & Wakefield for property management services, Avison Young for office leasing, and CBRE for retail leasing.

Cushman & Wakefield was the investment sales broker for the sale and JLL sourced acquisition financing.
