Laurentian Bank of Canada appointed Kelsey Gunderson as executive vice president of capital markets. Gunderson was also named president and CEO of Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.

Most recently, he was global head of trading products at BMO Capital Markets.

Boston Private Financial Holdings Inc. named Patrick Dwyer as managing director and head of strategic business development. Before his appointment, Dwyer was a private wealth adviser at Merrill Lynch.

Detroit-based TCF Financial Corp. unit TCF National Bank appointed Brendon Tripodo managing director of wealth management.

Tripodo has 30 years banking experience and has held multiple key roles at various companies.

Richmond, Va.-based Bay Banks of Virginia Inc. Executive Vice President and Virginia Commonwealth Bank Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer Douglas Jenkins Jr. is set to retire from the companies, effective Jan. 1 2020.

Upon his retirement, Jenkins will be a director of the unit VCB Financial Group Inc.

Fishers, Ind.-based First Internet Bancorp unit First Internet Bank of Indiana hired Mark Gibson as national sales manager for its small business administration lending team.

Gibson most recently was managing director and national sales manager for Ready Capital Corp.
