Community Healthcare Trust Inc. boosted its cash dividend for the second quarter to 41.25 cents per common share.

The healthcare real estate investment trust said the dividend is payable Aug. 30 to shareholders of record Aug. 16.

The company paid a dividend of 41 cents per share in the previous quarter.
