Japan-based San-in Godo Bank Ltd. nominated Yasuhiro Imawaka and Yasuyuki Kuratsu directors and raised its final dividend.
Yasuhiro is a managing executive officer at the bank, while Kuratsu currently serves as senior fellow of the Institute for International Economic Studies. Kuratsu is a candidate for outside director, according to a document recently obtained by S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Further, the bank proposed a final dividend of ¥19 per share, up from ¥10.50 per share for the prior year. Including the interim dividend, the bank's total dividend amounted ¥26 per share, compared to ¥15 per share for the prior-year period.
The moves are subject to shareholder approval.
