Acxiom updates FY'17 guidance

Acxiom Corp. updated its fiscal-year 2017 revenue and EPS outlook with its fiscal third-quarter results.

The company anticipates revenue of $870 million to $875 million, compared with previous guidance of $860 million to $870 million. The company expects GAAP EPS to be about 11 cents and non-GAAP EPS to be approximately 70 cents. The previous outlook was for GAAP EPS of 12 cents and non-GAAP EPS of 60 cents.

The revenue guidance includes about $20 million of revenue from the sold Acxiom Impact business.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate for fiscal year 2017 is 61 cents.

For the fiscal third quarter, Acxiom booked net earnings of $1.1 million, or 1 cent per share, compared with a loss of $1.4 million, or 1 cent per share, in the year-ago period.

Non-GAAP net earnings for the period ended Dec. 31, 2016, was $18.9 million, or 24 cents per share, compared with $14.1 million, or 18 cents per share, in the year-ago quarter.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate for the period was 15 cents.
