Reliv' International Inc. said its normalized net income for the second quarter came to a loss of 20 cents per share, compared with a loss of 33 cents per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of $370,730, compared with a loss of $605,000 in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin rose to negative 3.4% from negative 4.9% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue decreased 11.2% on an annual basis to $11.1 million from $12.4 million, and total operating expenses declined 12.8% year over year to $11.7 million from $13.4 million.
Reported net income came to a loss of $1.0 million, or a loss of 56 cents per share, compared to a loss of $897,330, or a loss of 49 cents per share, in the prior-year period.
