Piraeus Bank prices €1B bonds

Greece-based Piraeus Bank SA priced €1 billion in bonds, Investopoli reported May 11.

The notes, which will mature Feb. 11, 2066, carry a floating-rate coupon equivalent to the three-month Euro Interbank Offered Rate plus 1.500%. They were sold at par.

Piraeus Bank also served as book runner on the transaction, Cbonds wrote.
