SBI Holdings completes share repurchase

SBI Holdings Inc. completed its share repurchase with 8 million shares repurchased for a total cost of ¥19.43 billion.

The company planned to buy back up to 8 million shares for up to ¥20 billion from Nov. 28, 2018 to Feb. 15. The company had repurchased 1.4 million shares from Jan. 1 to Jan. 9 for a total cost of ¥3.03 billion, which was enough to reach the stated total for the repurchase program.
