Germany-based Santander Consumer Bank issues €500M bond

Germany-based Santander Consumer Bank AG issued international bonds totaling €500 million, Cbonds reported.

The fixed-rate notes mature Oct. 15, 2024, and carry a 0.25% coupon.

Citigroup, Wells Fargo, HSBC, Banco Santander and DZ BANK served as book runners.

Santander Consumer Bank is a subsidiary of Spain's Banco Santander SA.
