Samsung SRA Asset Management acquired the 200 Aldersgate property in the City of London from AshbyCapital for "a figure believed to be in the region of" £315 million, Property Week reported.

AshbyCapital acquired the 434,000-square-foot office building for £225 million in 2013 and had placed it on the market for £320 million in 2017, according to the Feb. 1 report.

The property is fully occupied with tenants including Eat and Ford Motor Co., the report noted.
