The Hartford prices tender offer for senior notes

Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. priced a cash tender offer for any and all of the $800 million outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 5.125% senior notes due 2022 and the $265 million outstanding aggregate principal amount of subsidiary Navigators Group Inc.'s 5.75% senior notes due 2023.

The offer will expire at 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 14, unless extended.

The consideration per $1,000 principal amount of notes is $1,080.81 for the 5.125% senior notes due 2022 and $1,148.45 for the 5.75% senior notes due 2023.

The Hartford retained Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC to serve as the dealer managers for the offer. D.F. King & Co. Inc. is acting as the tender agent and information agent.
