Canada Pension Plan invests HK$1.94B in Goodman Hong Kong logistics partnership

Canada Pension Plan Investment Board paid HK$1.94 billion to purchase a stake in one of Goodman Group's logistics partnerships.

Established in 2006, Goodman Hong Kong Logistics Partnership has the largest portfolio of modern logistics properties in Hong Kong, according to a release.

The partnership had total assets worth HK$28.7 billion, as of Sept. 30, invested across 13 assets, including a 50% stake in Goodman Interlink that is co-owned with CPPIB under a 50/50 joint venture.
