Nordea applies for listing of new Finnish entity on 3 Nordic Nasdaq exchanges

Nordea Bank AB (publ) has applied for the shares of Nordea Holding ABP, the company's newly established Finnish entity, to be listed on Nasdaq's stock exchanges in Helsinki, Stockholm and Copenhagen.

The application is part of Nordea's preparations to redomicile the group's parent company to Finland from Sweden. The relocation plan is set to be presented at Nordea's annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for March 15.

Provided that the planned move is carried out and the three Nasdaq exchanges approve the application, trading in Nordea Finland's share is expected to start in the autumn.
