Industria de Diseño Textil SA, which owns brands like Zara and Pull & Bear, will launch an augmented reality feature in 120 stores globally from April, the Financial Times reported March 13.
Customers who shop in-store reportedly can use an app that shows products being modeled when the phone is pointed at select parts of the store. The technology also works when the customer points the phone at shop windows or boxes of online orders, according to the report.
