Waud Capital investing $150M to form software platform company

Middle-market private equity firm Waud Capital Partners LLC committed $150 million of equity capital to a new executive partnership with Philippe Ozanian to pursue investments in human resources technology and larger vertical software markets.

Ozanian was most recently the CEO of network performance management software provider InfoVista and previously held human resource executive roles at Siemens and other blue-chip corporations.
