Kungsleden AB restructured its property management business into three equally sized asset management units, namely Stockholm, Gothenburg/Malmö and Mälardalen.
Ulrica Sjöswärd, who currently works at Platzer, will join Kungsleden April 24 as head of real estate for the newly created Gothenburg/Malmö management unit and part of the company's management team. The regions of Gothenburg and Malmö were previously covered separately. Stockholm and Mälardalen are led by Sven Stork and Mats Eriksson respectively.
The local organizations within each unit are being consolidated through the establishment of additional market areas, with locally based asset managers, assistant property managers, leasing managers and technical managers, Kungsleden said in a release. Following the restructure, the property management organization will comprise 12 market areas.
