Sunworks appoints private equity expert to board

Sunworks Inc. on March 28 said Shane Mace will resign from its board of directors, effective April 2.

The California-based provider of solar power systems named Daniel Gross to replace Mace as an independent board member, effective the same date. Gross is a private equity and infrastructure expert focused on renewable energy and clean technology. He was one of the founding partners of Hudson Clean Energy Partners LP.
