Bangladesh's ILFSL to increase authorized capital

Bangladesh's International Leasing and Financial Services Ltd., or ILFSL, is seeking shareholder approval for a plan to increase its authorized share capital to 3 billion taka from 2 billion taka.

The company said its board approved the proposed increase in authorized share capital to 3 billion taka, comprising of 300 million shares of 10 taka apiece.

As of June 4, US$1 was equivalent to 84.22 Bangladeshi taka.
