Missouri-based Enterprise Financial Services increases quarterly dividend

Enterprise Financial Services Corp.'s board approved a quarterly dividend of 17 cents per common share, up from the previous payout of 16 cents per common share.

The dividend will be paid Dec. 31 to stockholders of record as of Dec. 16.

The Clayton, Mo.-based company reported third-quarter net income of $29.1 million, or $1.08 per share, compared to the year-ago period's $22.5 million, or 97 cents per share.
