Relyance Bank NA closes purchase of 3 Heartland Bank branches

Pine Bluff, Ark.-based Relyance Bank NA on March 9 completed its acquisition of three Heartland Bank branches in Arkansas, according to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's website.

The branches are located at 4937 Highway 5 N. in Bryant, at 610 W. 4th St. in Fordyce and at 108 S. Main St. in Sheridan.

Relyance Bank is a unit of Jefferson Bancshares Inc. Little Rock, Ark.-based Heartland is a unit of Simmons First National Corp.
