Abilene, Texas-based First Financial Bankshares Inc. named John Ruzicka executive vice president and chief information officer.

Ruzicka was also elected chairman, president and CEO of First Technology Services Inc., a unit of First Financial Bankshares.

Ruzicka most recently was senior vice president of Heartland Financial USA Inc.
