Gardner Tanenbaum sells Boeing's Oklahoma City office campus for $125M

Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings sold the three-building office campus leased by Boeing Co. in Oklahoma City for about $124.7 million.

The Boeing Oklahoma City campus sits on 33.25 acres at 6001 S. Air Depot Road.

The buyer is a California-based investor group known as OKC Aerospace 1 LLC.
