Frasers Property to buy Dutch warehouse facility for €25M

Frasers Property Ltd. subsidiary Frasers Property Investments (Europe) BV signed a deal to acquire a company that owns a new logistics warehouse in the Netherlands' Meppel town.

Frasers Property Investments will buy the full stake of LocMeppel BV from Acacia BV for €25 million, payable in cash using the Singapore-listed developer's internal funds.

The property sits within the Noord II industrial estate. It has approximately 31,600 square meters of gross lettable area and is leased long-term to a dairy company.
