Fastighets logs YOY increase in FY'17 net profit attributable to shareholders

Diversified real estate operating and management company Fastighets AB Balder recorded net profit after tax attributable to parent company shareholders of roughly 7.12 billion Swedish kronor for the full year 2017, up from roughly 5.47 billion kronor in 2016.

The figure translated to 38.71 kronor in profit per ordinary share, an uptick year over year from 30.38 kronor per share.

Rental income during the year reached about 5.92 billion kronor, a climb from around 5.37 billion kronor that the company logged in the prior period.

As of Feb. 21, US$1 was equivalent to 8.10 Swedish kronor.
