Polytex Technologies replaces CEO, receives private equity investment

Hadera, Israel-based garment management systems manufacturer Polytex Technologies Ltd. appointed a new CEO and received an investment from private equity firm Fortissimo Capital.

CEO Yariv Matzliach succeeded Tomer Poliner, a member of the family that founded the company in 2003. Poliner will now be the company's president and chief business development officer.

Matzliach joined the firm from Syneron Medical Ltd., where he was executive vice president of distribution channels, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.

Tel Aviv, Israel-based Fortissimo Capital focuses on investing growth capital to facilitate expansion, buyouts, and maturing and mature companies.
