NexPoint Hospitality Trust withdraws $1.1B best-efforts registration statement

Dallas-based NexPoint Hospitality Trust Inc. withdrew a registration statement filed Feb. 25, 2015, for a best-efforts offering of up to $1.1 billion in shares of class A and class T common stock.
