New York REIT Inc. signed three deals to sell its New York City properties at 416 Washington St., 350 Bleecker St. and 367-387 Bleecker St., as well as its remaining 1100 Kings Hwy. asset, in New York City for a total of $73.2 million.
The divestment of these assets, which are encumbered by roughly $42.4 million in aggregate mortgage debt, is expected to close in the second quarter and are part of the company's ongoing liquidation.
The office real estate investment trust also completed the sale of 306 E. 61st St., One Jackson Square and 2091 Coney Island Ave. in New York City in three separate deals aggregating $81.8 million.
The Real Deal reported, citing unnamed sources, that the two Bleecker Street properties are being sold to diversified real estate company Brookfield Property Partners LP for $31.5 million.
Brookfield Property was not immediately available to comment on the matter, and New York REIT and the broker declined to comment, according to the publication.
