* Healthcare real estate investment trust Welltower Inc. appointed Tim McHugh senior vice president and CFO, succeeding John Goodey, who stepped down as executive vice president and CFO, effective Sept. 4, and returned to the U.K. to pursue another opportunity.
* Industrial REIT Duke Realty Corp. named Steven Schnur executive vice president and COO. Schnur joined the company in 2003 and was promoted to senior regional executive vice president in 2017.
* Office landlord Kilroy Realty Corp. appointed Jonathan Praw its new chief investment officer as Steve Rosetta leaves the company. Tracy Murphy, executive vice president of life sciences, also stepped down to explore other opportunities.
* Raymond Lewis, a former executive of healthcare REIT Ventas Inc., was named president, CEO and a board member of Treehouse Real Estate Investment Trust Inc., which owns a net-leased portfolio of cannabis-related real estate.
Board shuffle
* Coworking giant WeWork Cos. Inc. will add former Uber Technologies Inc. executive Frances Frei to its board upon the closing of its IPO.
* Single-tenant REIT Essential Properties Realty Trust Inc. appointed Anthony Dobkin to its board, filling one of the two vacancies created when Anthony Minella and Todd Gilbert of Eldridge Industries LLC stepped down.
* John Moody retired from the board of timber REIT PotlatchDeltic Corp., effective Aug. 30.

* Homebuilder TRI Pointe Group Inc. named Mike McMillen vice president of mergers and acquisitions.
* PotlatchDeltic appointed Michele Tyler vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective Aug. 26, succeeding Lorrie Scott, who is retiring by the end of 2019.
