Norway-based Santander Consumer Bank AS issued €500 million in senior unsecured bonds, maturing Sept. 11, 2024.
The notes carry a coupon of 0.125%, according to Cbonds, and were priced at 68 basis points above the mid-swap.
Banco Santander, Barclays, ING Bank, Nordea and JP Morgan served as book runners on the transaction.
Santander Consumer Bank is a unit of Spain's Banco Santander SA.
