Aozora Bank to raise ¥13B via debt issuance

Aozora Bank Ltd. said in a Dec. 1 release that it will raise ¥13 billion by issuing unsecured bonds in two tranches.

One is a ¥10 billion issuance of 3-year bonds with a coupon of 0.110%. The other is a ¥3 billion issuance of 5-year bonds with a coupon of 0.190%.

The payment date is Dec. 8.

As of Dec. 1, US$1 was equivalent to ¥112.86.
