Enirgi Group Corp. filed articles of amendment to change its name to Rincon Ltd., with immediate effect.

The name change follows the company's recent sale of its lead recycling business in Australia and shift of focus to accelerating the development of its Salar del Rincón lithium project in Argentina, it said Feb. 15.
