Marriott International sells 2 Fiji resorts for $131M

A Marriott International Inc. affiliate sold the 297-room Sheraton Fiji Resort and the 246-room The Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa in Fiji to Fiji National Provident Fund for about $131 million, including associated golf facilities.

Marriott will continue to manage the two hotels, which are poised to undergo renovations, pursuant to long-term management agreements.
