Moly Mines takeover bid for Queensland Mining becomes unconditional

Moly Mines Ltd.'s takeover offer for Queensland Mining Corp. Ltd. reached the minimum acceptance and is now free from all conditions.

The company said Dec. 21 that its current voting power in Queensland Mining is 55.53%.

Moly Mines made an off-market takeover bid of 17 Australian cents per share for Queensland Mining earlier in the month, valuing the latter at about A$50.8 million.
