Newly restructured Northwest Natural holding company pushes dividend up

Northwest Natural Holding Co. raised its quarterly dividend to 47.5 cents per share, an increase of 0.25 cent, or 0.5%, over the second quarter.

The company will pay out the dividend on Nov. 15 to shareholders of record Oct. 31.

After a recent restructuring, Portland, Ore.-based NW Natural Holding now serves as the parent company of the natural gas utility Northwest Natural Gas Co., as well as NW Natural Water Co. LLC and other subsidiaries.
