Trading in Blue Sky Alternative Investments securities halted

Trading in Blue Sky Alternative Investments Ltd.'s securities on the Australian stock exchange was halted March 28 after the release of a research report.

The trading halt was requested by the company. The shares will remain suspended from trading until the earlier of April 3 or the release of the company's response to the research report.

Blue Sky said it is aware of a report issued by Glaucus Research, and noted that there are "a large number of factual inaccuracies throughout," including statements relating to how the company calculates its fee-earning assets under management, its investment performance and its fees.

The company added that it will provide a response on the issues raised in the research report.
