Nacogdoches Commercial Bancshares chairman to retire

Thomas Ellison is retiring as chairman of Nacogdoches Commercial Bancshares Inc.'s board.

Also retiring from the Nacogdoches, Texas-based company's board is James Standley.

Todd Brown and T. Andrew Ellison are joining Nacogdoches Commercial as directors, according to the company's 2017 annual report recently obtained by S&P Global Market Intelligence.
