Iron Force Industrial Q3 profit climbs 40.5% YOY

Iron Force Industrial Co. Ltd. said its third-quarter normalized net income amounted to NT$2.18 per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus estimate of NT$2.08 per share.

EPS climbed 39.0% year over year from NT$1.57.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was NT$158.0 million, an increase of 40.5% from NT$112.5 million in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin increased to 14.4% from 11.4% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue grew 11.1% on an annual basis to NT$1.10 billion from NT$989.6 million, and total operating expenses climbed 7.2% year over year to NT$889.2 million from NT$829.2 million.

Reported net income increased 43.3% from the prior-year period to NT$195.4 million, or NT$2.69 per share, from NT$136.3 million, or NT$1.90 per share.
