Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital Inc. priced its public offering of 5 million common shares.
Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be about $112 million before deducting estimated offering expenses payable by the company.
The company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 750,000 additional common shares.
The underwriters of the offering propose to offer the common shares from time to time for sale in negotiated transactions or otherwise, at market prices prevailing at the time of sale, at prices related to prevailing market prices or at negotiated prices.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Baird, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. as a co-manager.
