Link Real Estate Investment Trust said its total distributable income for the full year ended March 31 came to HK$5.28 billion, a rise of 5.8% from HK$4.99 billion in the prior-year period.
Profit before transactions with unit holders totaled nearly HK$47.98 billion in the reporting 12 months, compared with HK$17.91 billion in the year-ago term.
The REIT declared a final distribution of 128.28 Hong Kong cents per unit, up from the interim distribution of 121.50 cents. Total distribution per unit for the year weighed in at 249.78 cents, marking a 9.4% growth year over year from 228.41 cents.
Revenue rose 8.3% on an annual basis to HK$10.02 billion from roughly HK$9.26 billion, and net property income climbed 9.6% year over year to HK$7.66 billion from HK$6.99 billion.
For the year, the company's total assets amounted to HK$216.40 billion, an increase from HK$175.94 billion in the prior year.
Net asset value per unit rose 33.0% year over year to HK$83.06 from HK$62.47.
