Report: Mirae Asset JV plans to sell Chicago office building for $245M

A joint venture of Mirae Asset Global Investments Co. Ltd. is looking to sell the 225 W. Wacker Dr. office building in Chicago for roughly $245 million, Crain's Chicago Business reported, citing sources familiar with the offering.

The 31-story tower totaling 651,000 square feet is nearly 96% leased, the report noted, citing a flyer from Cushman & Wakefield, which was tapped by the South Korean asset management firm to market the property, according to the publication.

Money manager PPM America Inc. and Cushman & Wakefield PLC are the main tenants at the building.
