Dexia Crédit Local to issue €2B fixed-rate notes

Dexia Crédit Local SA said it will issue fixed-rate bonds worth €2.0 billion on June 1.

The notes, which will pay a 0.250% yearly coupon and will mature June 1, 2023, are guaranteed by the states of France, Luxembourg and Belgium.
