Calpine increases revolving credit facility to $1.69B

Calpine Corp. amended its revolving credit agreement to increase capacity by $220 million to approximately $1.69 billion from $1.47 billion.

The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. acted as administrative agent, while MUFG Union Bank NA served as collateral agent, according to a May 21 company filing.
