Davy Real Estate buys Dublin shopping center for €175M

A fund managed by Davy Real Estate acquired the St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre in Dublin for about €175 million, The Irish Times reported.

The sellers were Madison International Realty, Pierce Molony and Irish Life Assurance Plc, according to the report, noting that the deal gives Davy 100% ownership of the property.
