Report: National Bank of Greece issues €750M in floating-rate notes

National Bank of Greece SA issued €750.0 million in international bonds, Cbonds reported.

The floating-rate notes carry a coupon of three-month Euro Interbank Offered Rate plus 1.9%, and will mature Dec. 13, 2018. The bonds were sold at a price of 100%.

Clearstream Banking SA and Euroclear Bank acted as depositories for the issuance.
