AMP Capital to acquire US cloud services company

AMP Capital Investors Ltd. agreed to acquire Expedient Inc. from Landmark Media Enterprises LLC for an undisclosed sum.

The deal is expected to close before year-end, subject to customary closing conditions.

Senior management at the U.S.-based cloud computing and data center services provider will continue to lead the company.

The transaction is AMP Capital's latest in the U.S. communications infrastructure sector, following the 2018 acquisition of Cleveland-based fiber provider Everstream Solutions LLC.

AMP Capital is a global investment manager based in Australia.
