CenterPoint Properties acquires Brooklyn, NY, portfolio

Industrial real estate company CenterPoint Properties bought the leasehold interest in a three-building portfolio in Brooklyn, N.Y., for an undisclosed sum.

The 925,411-square-foot Flatlands Portfolio sits on 29.69 acres of land and consists of 101-01 Ave. D, 103-00 Foster Ave. and 101-10 Foster Ave., as well as a one-acre lot between Avenue D and Foster on East 105th St. It is fully leased to 13 tenants.

Rentar Development sold the properties for $134 million, The Real Deal reported.
